Qualifications

- Previous experience in a billing or accounting department for automotive dealership.

- Strong organizational skills with an exceptional eye for detail

- Efficient in data entry and record keeping.


Responsibilities

- Manage accounts payable/receivable for the dealership.

- Maintain an efficient and accurate filing system

- Record daily transactions from sales, service and parts departments.

- Process invoices from 3rd parties/vendors
